π³ About this park
A small but mighty neighborhood park in the heart of Sunnyland. The playground is geared toward bigger kids β ages roughly 5β12 β with a tall monkey bar setup, a rock-style climbing structure with lots to scramble on, two regular swings, one slide, and a fun spinning barrel you can run on. There's a green space next to the playground that's great for dogs to run around, and picnic tables for snack breaks. No baby swings, no shade, and no fence, so it's better suited to kids who can be trusted to stay near the play area. Wood chip surface throughout. The big bonus: it's directly across the street from Stemma West Brewery, with several other Bellingham favorites (Otherlands, El SueΓ±ito) just blocks away.
β¨ What makes it special
A super fun climbing setup for bigger kids β the rock-style climbing structure plus tall monkey bars give kids a real challenge. Plus the unique spinning barrel you can run on that kids absolutely love. And let's be honest: the brewery proximity is a real perk for parents.
