A well-loved 136-acre community park tucked into the wooded hills near Historic Fairhaven Village. Fairhaven has a fantastic playground with racing slides, baby and kid swings, monkey bars, and Bellingham's most unique climbing structure β a challenging gap-climb you won't find anywhere else in the city. The spray park runs June 15βSeptember 15 (11amβ7pm daily) and uses fresh potable water. Beyond the playground there's a labyrinth, multipurpose fields, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and picnic spots. Head into the forested trails to find a small waterfall, access to the 100 Acre Woods Trail and the Interurban Trail β and Fairhaven Village is only about 0.6 miles away for coffee or a bite.
